大動脈疾患グループの活動

　当科では2003年より井上寛治医師が開発した井上ステントグラフトを用いて症例を重ねてきました。2006年以降、市販グラフトによるステントグラフト内挿も多数施行しており、腹部5機種（Zenith/Excluder/Endurant/AFX/Aorfix）および胸部4機種（cTAG/ZenithTX2/Valiant/Relay）が使用可能です。
　心臓血管外科と協力して大動脈瘤の血管内治療施行しており、2016年までに700例以上のステントグラフト内挿術を施行しています。
　また、2016年より腹部大動脈瘤および胸部大動脈瘤ステントグラフト症例については、多施設での前向きレジストリーを開始し、心血管イベントの評価および予後規定因子(患者背景および動脈瘤の解剖学的特徴)の解析を行います（EOLIA Study）。
